River Downs Golf Club has undergone many transformations since it was first constructed in 1995. Now under the ownership of Rich and Jamie Isaac, River Downs Golf Club has seen many changes. This course is known for its rolling hills and deep ravines.

Previously, the Isaacs owned and operated Worthington Valley Golf Club, built and operated by Rich's grandparents, James and Dorothy Duke, so golf course management – and the related challenges – is very much a way of life for this busy family with four young sons. Ever since their first season, the Isaacs have focused internally on a major turnaround effort to restore the course to the level players remember from its earlier years. They've made a number of changes to make it more playable, so golfers who haven't played there in a while will be pleasantly and notably surprised as they return to test their skills.
